When will I receive my order?

In what currency will I be charged?
We accept payments in all currencies. All prices will be converted from the price in USD. Exchanging rates are synchronized with the "Daily Conversion Rate" under the United States regulations.
I'm an international customer and my total is different, why?
If your credit/debit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. Please consult your bank or credit/debit card provider if you are unsure. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit/debit card company may charge you.
What are Open Edition prints?
Fine Art prints that are produced at no end, meaning they will never be subject to going out of stock. All of our Open Edition prints are signed and stamped.
Do you offer matting and framing? What is the point of matting your work?
Yes, we do! Matting your artwork intensifies the art by adding size, color and depth to what’s being portrayed. Naturally enhancing the work aesthetically. We highly recommend this option for those who want to sustain the longevity of their Fine Art print- since it will help prevent contact with dirt, dust, mold spores, and atmospheric pollutants. This is important for the life of the piece.
Invalid Shipping Address
Please understand that Alythuh LLC is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. There is a three day window where the customer can contact our support at firstname.lastname@example.org if an error is caught, otherwise if a shipping address is completely incorrect the order will be canceled and refunded.
Return to Sender
If your package is returned to us you are responsible to contact email@example.com with the correct address to be shipped back to. The customer is also responsible for the shipping costs, there will be a choice between First class and Priority USPS (rates vary). An invoice will be sent for the shipping fees, once paid you will be given a notification containing your new tracking information.
What is your Return Policy?
It is rare but unavoidable that the occasional order is damaged in the shipping process- sometimes the mailman can be a little too rough. In that case, we will immediately send you a replacement order! No additional charges. Just send us an e-mail with the name used in the order, the order #, and a picture and/or video of the package. This is valid within 30 days of your order being shipped.
